Continued Success for 'Double or Nothing'

Short film Double or Nothing has been selected for the Shepparton Shorts Film Festival, after screening at last year’s Winter Magic Short Film Festival in Katoomba.
Made in 2007 by FTI graduates Alex McArthur (director) and Gregg Johnson (writer/producer), Double or Nothing has already been welcomed by seven other festival events across Australia.
Double or Nothing was also previously selected for screening at the Byron Bay Film Festival, the Funnybone 500, and the Cancer Council of Victoria’s Arts Exhibition Awards 2008.
Shepparton Shorts, which is part of the SheppARTon ‘New Horizons’ Festival, is the film’s first festival entry for 2009, and offers a total prize pool of $3,000 for the finalists.
Finalists screen 7:30pm, Friday, 13 March at The Vault, Maude St, Shepparton, VIC.
