FTI graduates nominated for WA Screen Awards

FTI graduates Julius Jeppe and Patrick Jordan have been nominated for Best Animation production for their short film ‘Butterfly’ that was created in the Diploma of Animation program. Also nominated are graduates Clancie Shorter and Tan Teck Weng for their OOMPF funded film ‘Tiki the Weasel’.
Animator Danny Jennings is nominated for ‘Best Animation’ with the film ‘Blank Oblivion’. While Scrrenwriting graduate Mark Hudson is nominated for Best Screenplay with ‘Brood’.
Philippe Signer has been nominated for ‘Best Production Design’ for his work on ‘Iron Bird’
We would also like to congratulate the Guest Lecturers in our programs who are also nominated, Wendi Graham & Noah Norton for their video’s for Schvendes and Simon Kelly, Noah also has a visual effects nomination for his work on ‘Egil’ and Jocelyn Quioc for ‘Iron Bird’.
The WA Screen Awrds are at His Majesties Theatre on March 23rd.
