'Hearts and Minds' selected for Mexican Film Festival

The short film Hearts and Minds has been chosen to be part of the International Fiction Selection for “Expresión en Corto” 2005 in San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato, Mexico, from July 23.
Key crew have been invited to attend the festival and meet with short film and documentary producers from Latin America.
Hearts and Minds was created by Director Chris Richards Scully and Producer Jocelyn Quioc in 2004 and provided students enrolled at the Institute an opportunity to experience a large
scale short film production.
