FTI Graduates win at WA Screen Awards

The FTI Professional Development & Training department congratulates participants in its training programs that were awarded at the 19th WA Screen Awards.

These include FTI Animation Centre participants; Aaron Kennedy, Gareth Lockett and Lisa Evans of Raging Pixel who received two Industry sector Outstanding Achievement Awards for ‘Creative Use of New Media’ and ‘Innovation in Form/Content’; in the Early Career sector.

Randall Lynton was awarded ‘Best Animation Production’ for his stop-motion short film ‘Ransis and Alee’.

Josh Lee received the ‘Best Documentary Production’ award for ‘A dollar for the Good Ones’.

Ethan Marrell was awarded Best Directing (Non Drama) for ‘The Willeton UFO Conspiracy’

Recent Advanced Diploma in Screen graduate Nic Montagu won ‘Best Music Video’ for ‘Pa Don¹t Understand Me’ by Bam Bam.

The coordination team of the WA Screen Awards and independent WASA judging panels are separate to the FTI Professional Development and Training department.
