Raw Nerve Film 'Cashed Up Bogans' Wins Best Editing Award

Cashed Up Bogans a short film funded through the Raw Nerve scheme, has been awarded Best Editing at the In The Bin Short Film Festival held over the weekend on the Gold Coast.
Written, directed and produced by Jules Duncan, the 7min documentary is about WA’s cashed up bogans living it up – spending big and partying hard.
The short film screened in front of 3000 people and is expected to tour to Perth as In The Bin is Australia’s largest touring festival. WA independent short Then She Was Gone by Burleigh Smith and Mat de Koning also screened at the festival.
The Raw Nerve scheme aims to provide early career filmmakers with an opportunity to showcase their filmic storytelling ability. The next round of funding closes Thursday 24 June 2010 More
