Based on a classic fairytale by Oscar Wilde, ‘The Cold Hearted Giant’ is the animated story of a solitary giant who shuts out the world.
The inevitable changing of the season brings spring – in the form of a magical child – into the giant’s garden. This angers the giant and he captures the child – confining her to his castle. As the world grows dark and cold from a lack of spring, the giant warms to his new found friend.
In a moment of realization, the giant’s cold heart is thawed. He unselfishly frees the child and spring is returned to the world.
