Applications for international animation companies to attend the X Media Lab “Wealth of Animation” event in Suzhou, China on April 16 to 19, 2009 are now open. X Media Lab will provide many opportunities for outsourcing, licensing, international distribution and co-production with some of the world’s best animation industry experts.
The “Wealth of Animation” Lab consists of one Keynote Conference day open to all animation industry professionals, followed by the closed-door two-day Lab where international mentors work one-on-one with the selected companies on their own animation ideas, business plans, and international contacts and partnerships.
International Mentors include John Stevenson – Director of Kung Fu Panda; Zareh Nalbandian – Founder and CEO of Animal Logic (Happy Feet); Eric Rollman – President of Marvel Animation; Yaosh Ho – Director of Worldwide Digital Media, MGM and many more.
