Hi Folks,
I'm looking for 3 actors to star in an OOMPF funded short film Works Well With Others, written and directed by Kirsten Robb. Those cast will be paid a small wage.
The film is a drama embedded with awkward moments about a mature age single mother, Jacquie, who tries to get back into the workforce, but meets more than her age in her first group interview.
We are looking for someone to play the following roles:
- JACQUIE (Lead) 35 years old, but not looking good for her age. A working-class single mother. Positive, generous, kind and always struggling to show a smile.
- TIM (Lead) 22 years old and a bit of an overgrown boy. Ideally tall and lanky.
- PETER (minor) 40 years old and handsome.Shoot dates will be after Easter, from 7-11 April (5 days, no night shoots).
Audition details:
Friday 12th March
at the Film & Television Institute - 92 Adelaide St, Fremantle
from 6.20pm onwards. Auditions are in 20 minute blocks. To receive a copy of the script/character breakdown and to book an audition, please email me a preferred time, along with your CV and head shot.
cheers,
