    Rottnest Comedy & Short Film Festival – call for films

    The inaugural Rottnest Comedy and Short Film Festival is looking for the funniest Western Australian short films to screen during the festival on Rottenest Island from August 28-30, 2009. If you have produced a funny short in the last year, submit your entry for free by July 31, 2009.

    If your short is selected, you will have the opportunity to network with like-minded filmmakers and stand up comedians, and will also receive two Day Tripper Passes to Rottenest Island which includes return ferry trips and access to the day’s film and comedy events.

    To enter, please post your film/s (DVD format), with stills, synopsis, contact details and a signed letter requesting your film be shown to:

    All materials must be received by July 31, 2009. You will be notified if your film has been selected shortly after.
