    The FLOPfest Short Film Competition 2009 is now calling for submissions

    Create a short film pitching your idea for a new Franchise.
    FILM LENGTH: < 2 minutes
    ENTRIES CLOSE: January 30th 2009 at 5pm
    THE PRIZE: $500

    The winner will be crowned by the people. The Short Film that receives the most online votes will win the $500 prize.
