    The First Film Festival is an opportunity for graduating FTI Advanced Diploma students to screen their debut 4 minute documentaries.

    We’ve called it the First Film Festival because these are the first films we’ve made.

    They’re raw and not that slick, but one of the microdocs recently won first prize at the Margaret River Film Festival, so come and have a look at what talented emerging filmmakers are making.

    Your gold coin donation will help us to pay for our costs and in return we’ll share our experiences with you and let you know first hand how we made our films.

    You’re welcome to bring your first short film on DVD to screen on the night and share your experiences with us, and then you can tell all your friends you had a film screened at the First Film Festival. Places are limited so please contact me first to discuss your film’s suitability.
