Classifieds: City Of Perth short film

    A group of students at the WA Screen Academy are developing a short film for the City Of Perth. The logline is as follows:

    ‘When a French backpacker finds herself abandoned in a city where she barely knows the language, she rediscovers love and, in doing so, maybe just how to live her life.’

    Being students we are unfortunately unable to pay actors, but a role on the film would certainly be a great addition to one's showreel.

    At the moment, we're looking for people to audition for the roles of:

    Audrey- twentysomething French backpacker

    Jean-pierre- her twentysomething French boyfriend

    Michael- twentysomething Australian taxi driver

    Lisa- twentysomething Australian woman

    In the case of Audrey and Jean-Pierre, ideally we would prefer French actors, or at least actors who can speak French well and with an appropriate accent.
