March 2009 Archives
On Sunday March 15th, I travelled into Joondalup to have a look at how the 'Superhuman' team were going on their last day of filming.
I arrived abit after 10am and couldn’t miss the crew – all decked out in their safety vests! Well done guys! I watched on while the crew wrangled the traffic and filmed a car scene. All the crew were very professional and eager to be involved.
I was able to speak with the Producer Janet Pettigrew between takes and she told me that the filming has gone very well so far and everyone has been doing a great job. I also briefly met the Director Justin Beckett, 1st AD Nigel Devenport and DOP Cleighton Siva (aka Bear).
From talking with key creatives and crew I got the overall feel that the shoot had gone smoothly, with everyone feeling really positive about the results.
We are looking forward to seeing a cut of the film later in the year!
