The Administration section of FTI looks after all Reception inquiries and organisational administrative duties, and includes the Executive Management and Accounts department.

Graeme Sward commenced employment as CEO during September 1999. Graeme has had extensive experience in the broadcasting industry over a 25-year period.
Prior to joining FTI he was a contract Executive Producer for the ABC in Perth and he also served for a period on the FTI Board. Graeme is a Director of Excalibur Nominees Pty Ltd. (FTI’s production company) and he served as a Director of ScreenWest for three years from 2001 until 2004.
Graeme was also the series Director of the Mary G Show 2, which screened on SBS Television early in 2002 and he had an involvement for a period as a Director of Access 31 Community Television.
He is passionate about FTI and what it represents and has seen the organisation grow and expand under his direction.

Murray Reynish

Murray joined FTI in 1999. His role as General Manager Services encompasses a broad range of activities including financial recording and management, compliance with statutory and contractual reporting requirements, HR, and all administrative matters. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand with the designation of CA. Other interests include rugby union and lawn bowls.

Helen handles front desk enquiries and incoming phone calls, maintains the FTI database, processes memberships, organises travel arrangements, manages the Alumni events and the front office . Helen is an Honorary Life Member of FTI and a Member of the FTI Alumni committee..she likes a good movie, a good book, good food, good wine…and dark chocolate…life really!

Jos Gibson

Jos Gibson comes direct from a long stint in a similar role for a sporting not-for-profit organisation. Jos attends to the books and generally assists Murray Reynish, General Manager Services, with his work.
When not consumed by work, she loves working in her garden, reading and her social life.
