Constitution
The FTI constitution is a formal document that sets out the association rules for running FTI. In the interests of FTI, and those involved in it, the constitution deals with the rights, powers and obligations of all people involved in the company, and provides clear guidelines as to what conduct and behaviour is acceptable and what is unacceptable.
The constitution does not extend the legal capacity, rights, powers and privileges that the FTI would otherwise have.
