Story is the journey for truth and plot is the path you take to get there. Feature film writing for beginners is a two-day intensive workshop aimed at teaching new writers how to not only structure a feature film script but also create believable characters and create a theme that resonates with an audience. Students will be given a required viewing document so that specific films can be broken down in class and an understanding can be gained as to why these specific stories worked for an audience. Participants will also be given the opportunity to develop their own ideas over the workshop and will be invited to discuss them with the class to try and identify strengths and weaknesses. More »
